DISCIPLINED DEVELOPMENT

Sabre Energy Partners began leasing in 2024 and initiated our operated development program in 2025.

Sabre plans to continue to expand our leasing and development programs, building on a proven strategy of acquiring acreage and creating economic value through disciplined development.

Sabre’s operations are guided by three priorities: safety, environmental stewardship, and being a responsible partner to the communities where we operate.

SAFETY

Safety is the foundation of everything Sabre does. Our goal is simple: zero incidents. We pursue that goal through four core commitments:

Leading by Example

Sabre takes the time to do every job right, setting the standard for safe and responsible operations at every level.

Choosing the Right Partners
Sabre works with service providers who share our commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence.

Planning with Purpose
Careful, deliberate planning allows Sabre to operate efficiently, reduce waste, and minimize the number of hazardous tasks the teams encounter in the field.

Following Regulations
Compliance is a fundamental part of responsible operations. Sabre is committed to meeting or exceeding applicable federal, state, and local requirements and maintaining the highest standards for safety and environmental protection.

ENVIRONMENT & COMMUNITY

Sabre is proud to operate in a region known for its natural beauty and strong connection to the land and water. We take our responsibility to protect these resources seriously and work to minimize the impact of our operations at every stage.

Our approach includes maintaining a compact operational footprint, ensuring fluids are properly contained, and taking deliberate steps to minimize emissions and other environmental impacts.

Protecting water resources – particularly within rural Appalachian watersheds – is an important part of responsible development. Sabre recognizes the role of regulatory agencies in protecting water quality, aquatic habitats, and surrounding communities while managing water resources responsibly.

To support these efforts, Sabre worked with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission to establish two water withdrawals that support responsible freshwater management, reduce environmental impact, and improve safety by reducing truck traffic.

Sabre also led a streambank restoration project on Muncy Creek near the Sullivan/Lycoming county border, where continued erosion of the streambank threatened to advance toward Route 220. Through a collaborative effort with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, and Sullivan County, the streambank was stabilized and the roadway protected.

Sabre values partnerships like these and looks forward to continuing to work with our neighbors and community partners to make a positive and lasting impact in the region.
