Ms. Simpson is a results-oriented leader with reservoir engineering and operations experience across multiple basins. She previously led the engineering and operations team at Chief Oil & Gas. Ms. Simpson's leadership at Chief resulted in lower development costs and improved well productivity culminating in a $2.6B sale to Chesapeake in 2021.
Phil Flores
Mr. Flores has extensive technical experience with unconventional assets including reservoir simulation, development optimization, and prospect evaluation. Mr. Flores has served as the lead business development engineer for multiple operators, executing over $2B in asset A&D, $4B in corporate M&A, and $10B in restructuring.
Jeff Nelson
Mr. Nelson has a diverse, energy finance background, with a track record of developing and executing strategies to maximize asset value through capital allocation, development planning, and M&A. Mr. Nelson has served as a key member of management teams that have executed more than $2B in acquisitions and $1.5B in asset sales.
